About the Coach
I didn’t create Mobility Mastery because I wanted another cookie-cutter weightlifting program. I created it because I lived the problem myself.
As a Masters athlete, husband, father of two, and coach with over a decade of experience, I know what it feels like to love the barbell — but also feel the wear and tear on your body. I’ve stood on the platform at competitions with nagging injuries. I’ve coached athletes who were strong but constantly banged up. And I’ve seen too many lifters walk away from the sport, not because they lost their passion, but because their training wasn’t built to last.
